Who this policy covers
This policy explains what Cathedral City Concrete collects when you use our website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We're a concrete contractor in Cathedral City, CA, and this site exists so homeowners can learn about our work and get in touch about a driveway, patio, slab or other job.
It covers the pages on this site, starting from our home page, and the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because those sites set their own rules.
What we collect when you contact us
We only get personal information when you choose to give it to us. If you fill out the form on our contact page, call us or email us, we usually receive your name, phone number, email address, the address or general area of the job, and whatever you tell us about the work.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type goes through that service before it reaches us. Photos or notes you send about cracks, sinking or drainage at your house are kept with your job details.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this one may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and basic analytics tools that count visits. They tell us things like which pages people read, what kind of device they used and roughly where the visit came from, so we can see what's useful and fix what isn't.
This information is about how the site is used, not about who you are, and we don't use it to build a profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, set up an estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up after the job. We may also use it to keep records we need for billing, taxes and warranty questions.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.
Who else sees it
We share information only when we need to for your job or to run the business. That can include the form and website services that handle our site, a supplier or helper working on your project, our bookkeeper, or a government office when the law requires it.
Anyone we share with gets only what they need for that task.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and job records for as long as we need them to finish your project, stand behind our work and meet our legal and tax duties. If you reached out but never hired us, we keep your message only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and is cleared on the analytics tool's own schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have privacy rights under state law, including the right to know what's collected and to ask for deletion, and we'll honor those requests.
We may need to confirm it's really you before we act, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep. We won't treat you any differently for making a request.
Children's information
This site is meant for adults planning work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (442) 219-3033 or send a message through our contact page. We take calls seven days a week, 8 AM to 9 PM, and we'll reply within 1 business day.
You can read more about who we are on our About page.
